İlkay Hotel

Ilkay Hotel is located at the very heart of the old town. We are just 10 minutes away by walk from the famous historical attractions of Istanbul such as Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Underground Cistern, etc. To reach to the further parts of the city Gülhane Tram Stop, intercontinental metro line (Marmaray) and main piers of the old town are just 5 minutes away again by walk. Istanbul Airport is 1 hour away by drive.

Its air-conditioned rooms are equipped with satellite TV, bottled water, kettle, tea bags, instant coffee, slippers and on request dental and shaving kits. Our reception is available 7/24 for all questions and requests of our guests.

The rooms at Ilkay Hotel are decorated with wooden furniture and carpeted floors. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom. Some rooms have a seating area.

Daily breakfast is served in buffet style with fresh and local ingredients. Guests can enjoy their lunch, dinner and refreshing drinks at the restaurant of our Hotel called Red River which is a very well known restaurant and bar of the neighborhood. Red River serves very fine samples of Turkish dishes as well as international cuisine.

Free wi-fi is available in the hotel. Our front desk is ready to assist our guests about all their requests, planing daily itineraries and as well as replying their questions.

Honestly I don’t expect service workers to bend over backwards for customers but these people do and seem to genuinely care about the service. They’re all so quick to help and solve an issue from helping us find parking (even walking us over to the lot!), to breaking change for us, to letting us take some food for a baby we had with etc etc.
